SATU UNIVERSITY juga dapat meminta data tambahan yang bersifat opsional tetapi harus diisi untuk memungkinkan SATU UNIVERSITY memberikan layanan tambahan kepada Pengguna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pengguna menjamin dan menyatakan bahwa setiap informasi yang diberikan oleh Pengguna kepada SATU UNIVERSITY dalam situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a>\u00a0dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY adalah informasi yang akurat, valid dan sah. SATU UNIVERSITY mewajibkan Pengguna untuk mengirimkan informasi dasar untuk memudahkan proses verifikasi identitas Pengguna, dan memastikan Pengguna sudah berusia dewasa secara hukum. Jika informasi, termasuk perubahan informasi yang diberikan Pengguna tersebut ternyata tidak benar, maka SATU UNIVERSITY tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala dan setiap akibat yang dapat terjadi sehubungan dengan pemberian informasi yang tidak benar tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>Batasan Usia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SATU UNIVERSITY mematuhi batasan dan persyaratan usia sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Layanan dalam situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY diperuntukkan bagi Pengguna yang\u00a0berusia minimal 18 tahun atau sudah menikah dan tidak berada di bawah perwalian. Jika SATU UNIVERSITY mengetahui bahwa SATU UNIVERSITY secara tidak sengaja telah mengumpulkan Data Pribadi dari Pengguna yang berusia di bawah 18 tahun tanpa persetujuan orang tua dan\/atau wali yang sah, maka SATU UNIVERSITY akan meminta Pengguna untuk meminta persetujuan dari orang tua dan\/atau wali yang sah untuk mendaftar dalam\u00a0situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY. Jika SATU UNIVERSITY tidak mendapatkan informasi persetujuan\u00a0orang tua dan\/atau wali yang sah\u00a0dalam akun pendaftaran Pengguna maka SATU UNIVERSITY akan mengambil langkah yang wajar untuk menghapus Data Pribadi Pengguna sesegera mungkin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>Pengumpulan dan Penggunaan Data Pribadi Pengguna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Semua Data Pribadi dari Pengguna yang diberikan secara sukarela pada saat registrasi akan disimpan dan dilindungi oleh SATU UNIVERSITY sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini. Data Pribadi Pengguna akan digunakan untuk keperluan SATU UNIVERSITY, termasuk namun tidak terbatas \u00a0dalam proses\u00a0<em>log in<\/em>\u00a0maupun\u00a0<em>log out<\/em> pada situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY, untuk kepentingan survei serta riset dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan keamanan situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a>\u00a0dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SATU UNIVERSITY mengumpulkan data dan informasi Pengguna sewaktu Pengguna menggunakan situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada informasi lokasi umum yang meliputi informasi geografis, alamat IP, kota dan negara bagian dan\/atau kode pos yang terkait dengan alamat IP dari perangkat seluler serta komputer Pengguna; sumber rujukan; lama waktu Pengguna menggunakan layanan dari situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY; periode kunjungan;\u00a0<em>page views<\/em> dan klik, maupun \u00a0informasi lainnya didapatkan SATU UNIVERSITY secara otomatis sewaktu Pengguna mendaftar dan\/atau mengunggah data dan\/atau menggunakan layanan pada situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY. SATU UNIVERSITY juga mengumpulkan informasi dari akun media sosial yang diizinkan oleh Pengguna untuk diakses oleh SATU UNIVERSITY pada situs web <a href=\"http:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY yang Pengguna gunakan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SATU UNIVERSITY juga akan mengirimkan <em>update<\/em> berkala pada akun Pengguna selama periode tertentu \u00a0dalam bentuk informasi dan\/atau promosi dan\/atau perubahan pada situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a>\u00a0dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY yang akan berpengaruh terhadap Pengguna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam melaksanakan layanan pada situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY, SATU UNIVERSITY dapat memberikan dan\/atau memproses dan\/atau mentransfer data dan informasi Pengguna baik secara sendiri maupun bekerja sama dengan afiliasi SATU UNIVERSITY dan\/atau pihak ketiga penyedia layanan pemrosesan data dan\/atau pihak ketiga penyedia layanan pembayaran yang telah melakukan kerja sama dengan SATU UNIVERSITY untuk tujuan administrasi dan\/atau riset dan\/atau penawaran produk dan\/atau dalam rangka meningkatkan layanan terhadap Pengguna sesuai dengan tujuan pengoperasian situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>Hak Pengguna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia, Pengguna berhak mengajukan permintaan kepada SATU UNIVERSITY, untuk:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>memberikan akses ke dan\/atau salinan Data Pribadi Pengguna yang disimpan dalam situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY;<\/li>\n<li>melakukan perubahan dan\/atau penambahan dan\/atau pembaruan Data Pribadi Pengguna;<\/li>\n<li>menghapus Data Pribadi Pengguna dari situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY;<\/li>\n<li>mencegah penggunaan dan\/atau pemrosesan Data Pribadi Pengguna untuk tujuan pemasaran;<\/li>\n<li>mencegah SATU UNIVERSITY memberikan informasi tentang Pengguna kepada penyedia layanan pihak ketiga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pengguna dapat mengirimkan permintaan kepada SATU UNIVERSITY dengan menghubungi layanan kontak SATU UNIVERSITY yang tercantum dalam \u00a0situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> atau aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY yang Pengguna gunakan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SATU UNIVERSITY akan mempertimbangkan permintaan Pengguna dan memberikan tanggapan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku. Namun demikian, Pengguna mengerti dan memahami bahwa untuk informasi tertentu dan\/atau situasi tertentu dan\/atau keadaan tertentu, SATU UNIVERSITY dapat mengecualikan permintaan Pengguna, termasuk jika SATU UNIVERSITY memutuskan tetap memproses Data Pribadi Pengguna untuk kepentingan sah SATU UNIVERSITY dan\/atau untuk mematuhi kewajiban hukum. SATU UNIVERSITY dapat meminta kepada Pengguna untuk memberikan informasi yang diperlukan untuk mengonfirmasi identitas Pengguna sebelum menanggapi permintaan Pengguna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>Keamanan Data Pribadi Pengguna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SATU UNIVERSITY berkomitmen dan berintegritas dalam\u00a0menjaga Data Pribadi Pengguna, di mana Data Pribadi Pengguna hanya akan digunakan terbatas untuk tujuan kegiatan SATU UNIVERSITY dan tanpa tujuan lainnya.\u00a0SATU UNIVERSITY akan mengambil langkah keamanan teknis dan organisasi dalam melindungi Data Pribadi Pengguna yang diberikan Pengguna dalam situs web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binus.edu\">https:\/\/satu.ac.id\/<\/a> dan aplikasi <em>mobile<\/em> SATU UNIVERSITY dari\u00a0kehilangan, penyalahgunaan, akses tidak sah, pengungkapan, perubahan, atau penghancuran. Staf kami tidak diperbolehkan untuk mentransfer atau membawa keluar data dari <em>server<\/em>. \u00a0Dalam hal diperlukan, SATU UNIVERSITY akan mengirimkan notifikasi dari waktu ke waktu, untuk memastikan bahwa tidak ada pihak dan\/atau orang lain yang membuat perubahan atas akun Pengguna tanpa sepengetahuan Pengguna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam hal diperlukan pengungkapan Data Pribadi Pengguna kepada afiliasi SATU UNIVERSITY dan\/atau pihak ketiga penyedia layanan pemrosesan data dan\/atau pihak ketiga penyedia layanan pembayaran yang telah melakukan kerja sama dengan SATU UNIVERSITY, SATU UNIVERSITY akan memastikan bahwa afiliasi dan\/atau pihak ketiga tersebut terikat pada kewajiban penjagaan Data Pribadi Pengguna sebagaimana disyaratkan oleh SATU UNIVERSITY dan mengacu dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SATU UNIVERSITY mungkin perlu untuk mengungkapkan Data Pribadi Pengguna dalam upaya mematuhi kewajiban hukum dan\/atau adanya permintaan yang sah dari aparat penegak hukum atau instansi penyelenggara negara yang berwenang.
