Artinya, pemimpin bukan cuma ngatur, tapi juga jadi motor penggerak arah bisnis.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1557\">\ud83d\udd25 Leadership yang Menghidupkan Strategi<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1874\">Riset terbaru dari Adrian Nurcahyo (2024) di <em data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1620\">Dinasti Journal<\/em> nunjukin kalau kombinasi antara kepemimpinan strategis dan manajemen lingkungan bisa ngedorong kinerja perusahaan lewat keunggulan kompetitif. Jadi bukan cuma \u201cgrowth and profit\u201d, tapi juga <em data-start=\"2501\" data-end=\"2520\">purpose dan trust<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2802\">Mirip kayak yang diulas <em data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2564\">Financial Times<\/em> (2025), \u201ctrust in leadership begins with nurturing strength of character.\u201d Karakter kayak empati, kejujuran, dan integritas itu sekarang jadi bagian dari strategi. Karena percuma punya plan keren kalau tim nggak percaya sama yang mimpin.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2809\" data-end=\"2852\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2809\" data-end=\"2852\">\ud83d\udcaa Contoh Nyata: Inovasi + Kepemimpinan<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"3216\">Riset Diego Morante dkk.
